Parmer Oaks Dental Care is now offering a yearly membership program for patients who do not utilize dental insurance. These plans offer a variety of opportunities including at least 20% off all treatment. Child Plan
$150
Includes:
- 2 Cleanings
- Unlimited X-Rays
- Unlimited Exams
- Fluoride Treatment as needed
- 20% off all Treatment
Adult Plan
$300
Includes:
- 2 Cleanings
- Unlimited X-Rays
- 2 Exams, which include Oral Cancer Screening
- 1 Emergency Exam
- Fluoride Treatment as needed
- Option to add an extra cleaning for $55
- 20% off all Treatment including implants
Perio Plan
$700
Pay in full or Two Payments of $355
Includes:
- 3-4 Periodontal Maintenance visits each year
- Unlimited X-Rays
- 2 Exams + 1 Emergency Exam
- 20% off all Treatment
- 25% off additional Perio Maintenance visits
- After the first year, fees are reduced to $600 annually
• Parmer Oaks Dental Care does not provide refunds if the patient does not utilize their membership benefits.
• Appointments and treatment must be completed within one year. They do not roll over to the following year.
• A patient’s membership year begins on the date of enrollment.
• A “Good Standing” member is defined as a patient who has an account which is current with Parmer Oaks Dental Care.
